Cindy is serving as a Member-at-Large on the UUFHC Board.
Cindy has been a member of UUFHC since the spring of 2008. She was looking for a new direction for her life and found that and more. The Fellowship was a welcoming community for her and her husband, Bob. They settled in Harford County after twenty years traveling the world with the Army.
They report that the inspiration of Reverend Lisa's sermons, exchange of ideas at Lunch Bunch and the Tolle book discussions, meditation sessions and the practice of Tai Chi enhance their spiritual lives. The transformation of the East Garden, helping at the Homeless shelter, selling Christmas trees, socializing at potlucks, etc. provide a chance to serve and feel a part of a community.
Cindy worked as a school nurse in the Harford County Public Schools for 24 years. She and Bob have two children and three grandchildren. They are thrilled that the now 17 month old Audrey has moved to Bel Air so they can be a part of her life.
